**Consulente Commerciale e Supporto Clienti - Italiano (Remoto o da Lisbona)**

Stiamo cercando professionisti madrelingua italiani per unirsi a un team internazionale dedicato al supporto clienti e alle vendite per alcuni dei marchi più noti nei settori IT, telecomunicazioni, e-commerce, automotive e servizi finanziari.

Questa è un'ottima opportunità per chi desidera crescere professionalmente in un ambiente dinamico e multiculturale, con la flessibilità di lavorare da remoto oppure da un moderno ufficio a Lisbona.

**Le tue responsabilità**:

- Gestire richieste post-vendita: ordini, consegne, rimborsi e garanzie
- Utilizzare sistemi CRM per registrare e seguire i casi
- Promuovere prodotti e servizi adatti alle esigenze del cliente
- Raggiungere obiettivi mensili di soddisfazione del cliente e performance commerciale
- Collaborare con i team interni per risolvere eventuali problematiche
- Offrire un’esperienza cliente professionale e positiva dall’inizio alla fine

**Requisiti**:

- Italiano livello C2 e inglese almeno livello B2
- Esperienza in assistenza clienti o supporto vendite (preferibile)
- Confidenza con strumenti digitali e software CRM
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e orientamento alla risoluzione dei problemi
- Attitudine proattiva e orientata ai risultati
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi weekend e festivi se richiesto
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia, anche in modalità remota
