Head of Trading

Currently, our team is in search of the **Head of Trading**, who will lead our **Traders Team **to identify, create, follow, and update the trading strategy, making sure it’s efficient.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implementation of the trading tools for reporting and control
- Working with the data-based trading algorithm
- Data analysis
- Set up key metrics, monitor and control them
- Processes and procedures synchronization (across all BU)
- Risk management (trading)
- Follow the latest macro and crypto trends
- Lead and mentor a team of Sr. traders, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Workload distribution
- Support of L&D (assessment center) activities in terms of trading
- Participate in internal initiatives and projects

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space
- Fluent English language skills (C1 level) to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
- Strong trading and finance expertise
- Good at researching
- Experienced in working with big data, analysis
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
