**Support Application Development Teams**:

Identify bottlenecks and optimize workloads for efficiency.
**Backup and Disaster Recovery**:
Establish and maintain backup strategies and disaster recovery plans.
**Patch Management**:
Perform maintenance tasks like patching, upgrades, and capacity planning to ensure infrastructure stability and security.
**Capacity Planning**:
Estimate future resource needs to plan for scalability.
**Resource Management and Automation**:
Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**Experience**:

**Technical Skills**:

- Track record of designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions.
- Proficiency in monitoring systems (implementation of observability systems a plus).
- Scripting/programming skills (Python, Shell, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in production environments.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).

- Strong business analysis capabilities to work effectively with developers, project managers, and IT professionals.
