Senior International Sales Administrator

**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire sales administration process from order entry to invoicing and delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for international customers and distributors.
- Coordinate shipments and oversee import/export documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor contracts, payment terms, and customer accounts.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and data to support the sales team.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and international trade requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in **sales administration and international import/export operations**.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and logistics processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with global partners.
- Fluent in **English** (written and spoken); Portuguese and/or Spanish is an asset.
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage).
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
