**What you’ll do**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on GCP and/or AWS.
- Manage API gateways (Apigee) and implement API security best practices.
- Collaborate with Group Security to implement and support security assessments and ensure the platform complies with security standards.
- Support the TV Data Architecture Team by providing infrastructure expertise for the design of the new TV data ecosystem.
- Optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL) for performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams on cloud-native infrastructure best practices.
- Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate deployments and infrastructure management.
- Define monitoring and performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure cost-effective cloud infrastructure by optimizing cloud service selection and minimizing operational expenses, while maintaining performance and security.
**Who you are**:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in English: Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, are required to collaborate with international teams.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience with GCP and/or AWS with relevant certifications (e.g., GCP Professional Cloud Architect, AWS Solutions Architect - Associate).
- API Security & Gateway Management: Experience with Apigee or similar API management tools.
- Platform Security: Knowledge of cloud and data security principles.
- High Availability & Scalability: Ability to design highly available and fault-tolerant systems.
- Database Management: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, replication, and high-availability architecture.
- TV & Streaming Platforms: Familiarity with media streaming infrastructure, content delivery networks (CDNs), and video workflows.
- Automation & IaC: Solid knowledge in Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
- Networking & Security: Understanding of VPC design, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience with hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud environments (preferred).
- Knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, ECS) (preferred).
- Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana) (preferred).
