**Project**:

You'll assist users with account management, transactions, and platform navigation while ensuring a seamless betting experience. **As a Customer Support you will**:

- Resolve account, login, payment, and technical issues
- Guide users through the platform and betting features
- Handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure a smooth customer experience by providing clear solutions

**What do we expect**:

- **Fluency in French (C2 - native)**:

- **Communicative English level**:

- You live anywhere in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
- **You should have an interest in sports and a team-oriented, positive attitude**:

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **900€ gross x14 months (it's equivalent of 1044€ gross x12 months**)-basic salary
- **80€ gross/month** project bonus (it is a permanent supplement to salary),
- **7,23€ NET/ worked day**(approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card) - **meal allowance**:

- **20€ /month -**Transport allowance
- **plus EXTRA PROJECT BONUS - total of €2000 gross (€500 gross paid out after the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th contract month)**
