This is an advanced Google advertising position for someone who wants to work in a dynamic and ambitious environment. You will learn about the powerful Facebook, Google, Snapchat, TikTok Advertising Platforms and how to utilize them to get ROI focused results.
In this position, you master Performance Marketing Campaigns, communicate with Clients : Business Owner and Marketing Teams, and develop a social media and Google Growth Strategy together. After our internal training, you will then be responsible executing Facebook & Google Ad campaigns for fashion, cosmetics and / or other verticals. But always very ROI/ and growth oriented.
**What you need**:
Fluent german & english skills
Experience in Meta or Google Ads
You should have a contemporary mindset
Fashion / Trend oriented
Sales mindset
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Double & tribble check your work ( avoiding mistakes)
Being responsible and transparent
Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
**Your Tasks will be**:
Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
Develop Creative strategies with Graphic/Motion Designer
Collaborate with marketing/ creative teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid platforms.
Testing variations of ads to determine best performing
Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads
Reporting of results of Facebook & Google Campaigns
