**The opportunity**:
Join their German Customer Care Team in Lisbon. We are looking for motivated customer service specialists to be part of their multicultural staff. This is your chance to gain valuable experience working abroad while you develop communication skills.
**The role**:
Your mission is to deliver premium consumer service in your language. You will get the expertise to navigate through individual needs, providing a solution through Bose iconic products for home, car, on the go and public spaces.
**This in your new job at Bose Portugal if**
- You are proficient in German and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are happy to stay in sunny Lisbon at least 12 months
**Experience in customer service is a plus
**Your day-to-day at work**:
- Provide German-speaking inbound customer service to Bose clients
- Advice on payment methods in the Bose online shop
- Assist with shipping, delivery, return, exchange and questions about product registration
- Deal with customer inquiries and complaints
- Handle customer data
