**ROLE’S MISSION**

This role will be allocated to our Prism Factory Project which aims to replace our current data and analytics delivery platforms with an exciting new solution - our new platform: MyWorldpanel, which will be the most intelligent and intuitive online platform on the market, driving greater consistency across Kantar’s Worldpanel markets as we roll out the platform globally.

The Lead Performance Test Analyst will also be responsible for scheduling performance testing activities, documenting tasks logically where dependencies exist and regularly communicating progress against the plan. You’ll also be responsible for taking quality-focused ownership for the execution of automated test scripts and recording actual results to expected standards, ensuring completion within previously agreed timescales or providing justifications for deviation from plan.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 10+ years of experience either as a Performance Engineer or Data Architect or other equivalent work experience;
- 5+ years of experience with high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems, stream-processing platforms, client-server architectures and Cloud DevOps;
- Proficiency in performance tuning and memory management;
- Solid understanding of On Prem to Cloud evolution as well as hands on experience working with a public cloud (MS Azure);
- Software automation development skills - in either Python, GO, or Java;
- Understanding of mobile app (Android and iOS) and web technology stack (HTTP, REST, HTML, JavaScript, CSS etc);
- Experience with Azure ADF and Databricks - querying, profiling, and performance tuning;
- Previous experience with defect management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps);
- Previous experience with ETL processes;
- Familiar with UI validation;
- English Proficiency (B2 Level minimum);
- Demonstrate outstanding communication, flexibility, teamwork and leadership.
