- **Global Process Manager and Manager Accounting Germany **with a focus on SAP Customer/Vendor Master Data (MD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) to be an expert on Global Process Management, Process Innovation and Service Provider Monitoring.**What are the responsibilities?**

**Operational Management Germany O2C and MD**:

- Oversees, manages and coordinates all relevant operational accounting topics O2C and MD as the first point of contact for the accounting service provider, accounting governance and other internal functions and as well as the auditors;
- Responsible for the operational activities and the related local processes;
- Assures a bookkeeping according to the internal and external guidelines for IFRS and HGB (German GAAP);
- As monitoring function performs ongoing reviews and controls based on an existing controls framework.

**Global Process Manager O2C and MD**:

- Oversees, manages and coordinates all relevant accounting topics related to the responsible processes between the accounting process managers, the accounting service provider, IT department and the accounting community of Siemens Logistics (SL);
- Responsible for the standard processes (O2C and MD) and support function for related local processes with a close connection to the SL countries;
- Supports the Global Service Provider Manager with the daily tasks e.g. with the provider monitoring, meetings, provider governance framework (incl. service levels and KPIs) and bonus/malus calculation;
- Focus on continuous accounting process improvement, regular process maintenance and operational issue management as process lead for O2C and MD;
- A close interaction and alignment in regards with process developments with SL IT is part of the daily business;
- Performs ongoing follow-up of all kind of operational issues and open topics related to O2C and MD;
- Performs an ongoing monitoring, regular process reviews and improvement meetings with all necessary stakeholders for clarification of needs, further developments, implementation and testing;
- Manages a proper and up-to-date process documentation, coordinates the implementation process with IT and organizes/performs process trainings.
- Implementation of a service provider control framework via process mining e.g. Celonis;
- Supports other accounting-related projects.

**What do you need to qualify for this job?**
- 3 - 5 years’ professional experience in the area of accounting, as process manager or as master data specialist is preferred;
- Profound SAP knowledge (especially SAP FI);
- Experience with German GAAP (HGB) is a plus;
- Experience in cross functional implementations with IT collaboration is a plus;
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus;
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills;
- Business fluent English, business fluent German is a plus;
- Drive, initiative, independent working and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to structure complex topics / problems;
- Proactivity and resilience;
- An analytical mind, ability to strategize and solve problems.
