Community Manager

MKTalent is recruiting for a client based in Braga, a Community Manager.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Management of different communities spread across social media and web forums;
- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on community growth goals;
- Analyzing community behavior;
- Design the community growth and entertainment strategies (alongside the graphic and UI/UX designers);
- Support the preparation and management of monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for the community growth department;
- Ensure the consistency of the brand's message across all channels and
marketing efforts;
- Monitor competition (acquisitions and entertainment strategies).
**What we look for?**
- Academic background with a bachelor degree in Marketing or similar area;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager is essential;
- Excellent KPI definition and tracking of results of community grow and users satisfaction;
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus;
- Fluent in English is mandatory;
- Knowledge of social media trends and main tools for social media management;
- Knowledge in Telegram, Discord, Zealy, Twitter, Google Sheets and Docs and Notion;
- A keen eye for details, design, and aesthetics;
- Great communication skills.
