**Location: Home Office all over Portugal (mainland)**

**The Project**:
**This project is connected with a leading European mPOS (mobile point-of-sale) company.**
Their device allows small businesses to accept card payments anywhere using just their smartphone. This solution offers quick onboarding and transparent pricing.
Join our Italian Speaking remote team and revolutionize the payment industry
**As a Italian-speaking Customer Advisor, you will**:
- Assist small businesses with all questions and concerns regarding our product and service
- Actively optimize all customer-related processes to increase merchant satisfaction
- Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing
**Competitive salary and compensation system**:
- **1000€ gross x 14 months** (it's 1166€ gross x 12 months) - base salary
- **100€ gross /month x 12** - Project bonus **(permanent salary increase)**:
- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. €145 net/month on a voucher card)

- **Full-time, initially 6 months employment contract** with the possibility of extension (according to Portuguese law)
