**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Investigating and resolving issues regarding reported/flagged content and resolve them within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality;
- Responding to allocated tasks with high speed and accuracy;
- Understanding and remaining up-to-date with client policies and guidelines;
- Fulfilling base productivity and quality requirements.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- 0 to 1-year experience working on content quality, safety or policy in a major tech or media company (Preferable, but not mandatory);
- Ability to work across shifts;
- Ability to embrace a fast-paced work culture;
- Strong attention to detail with a strong aptitude for reasoning and decision making;
- Strong verbal and written command (min. B2 level) of English;
- Fluency in German (C1/C2/Native);
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
**Conditions**:

- Direct Contract with our client;
