**You**:
As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting internal stakeholders to achieve their goals by ensuring that the necessary items and services are purchased on time and delivered according to the agreed terms and conditions. Moreover The Procurement Analyst will be in contact with external stakeholders to lead negotiation process bringing savings and maximising the departments Budget.
**Your Day to Day**:
- Control company's budget execution in collaboration with the FP&A Team;
- Perform variance and forecast analysis based on the company's' budget on a regular basis (actuals vs budget);
- Provide updates about procurement related progress and potential delays on a daily basis to the Procurement Team;
- Manage travel related requests within the company;
- Responsible for the vendor onboarding process and maintenance of suppliers database;
- Review, update and maintain purchase orders from its submission until they are closed;
- Contact with national and international suppliers in order to negotiate contracts on price, payment terms, delivery time and other terms;
- Keep track of Procurement KPIs and metrics;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in order to understand their needs, objectives and priorities to optimize costs, quality and service;
- Find quality goods or services at an acceptable price that meet the organisation's needs;
- Identify procurement tools and trends to improve procurement processes;
- Support and contribute to other ad hoc projects, as needed;
- To manage the supplier's data base. Maintaining and creating the new vendors onboarding process.
**You Have & You Know-how**:
- Bachelors or Master Degree in Management/Economics or similar is required;
- Experience in ERP tools (Netsuite/Oracle or SAP is a plus);
- Fluency in Portuguese and in English is mandatory;
- Proficiency in Excel and Google tools;
- Good analytical, communication and negotiation skills;
- 2 years' work experience handling Procurement related topics, preferably in a fast paced growth environment, in the software industry;
- Detail oriented and problem-solving mindset;
- Very organised work methodology;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, remotely;
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement is a plus.
