**Job description**:
We're looking for our next technician. Your role at Veesion will be to manage and maintain our product.

In concrete terms, you'll be putting your technical skills to good use in our Technical Support team and at our customers' sites. You'll be required to travel (at our expense) in the Lisbon region, as well as across Portugal and Europe from time to time.

Your role at Veesion will be to do:

- Configurations of servers
- Setups and client installation
- Customer-specific system and network configurations
- System and network analysis and repair
- Ticket creation and management

**Your profile**:

- You're keen to join a young, dynamic and ambitious technology startup
- You take initiatives
- You're proactive and versatile, able to work independently with a good understanding of the company's challenges
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy challenges and are pragmatic in your approach.
- Finally, you speak **portuguese (mother tongue)** and you are comfortable communicating in **English (B2 minimum)**, ideally you speak another language either Spanish or Italian.

Bonus:

- You've already had similar experience in the startup ecosystem.
- You have experience in IP network configuration.

**Salary**: 17,608.00€ - 39,032.77€ per year
