Tasks
**Main Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Participate in incident analysis and troubleshooting to ensure operational continuity.
- Contribute to the life cycle of solutions that use modern technologies.
- Develop and update process documentation in Confluence.
- Manage Kafka clusters on the Confluent platform efficiently and securely.
- Coordinate and manage internal projects in the area, ensuring quality deliveries.
- Supervise data offloading from Mainframe to distributed systems (Mainframe
- Oracle; Mainframe
- Kafka Topics
- MongoDB).
- Identify and present improvement proposals for continuous optimization.
- Implement best security practices aligned with corporate standards.
- Automate processes and collect metrics to monitor performance and capacity.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka components on the Confluent platform.
- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture.
- Analytical skills with critical spirit and constructive approach.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Service Now.
- Proactivity, organization and autonomy in performing tasks.
- Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.
- Experience with monitoring, observability and automation tools.
- Knowledge of Spanish and English will be valued.
