O Grupo Hoteleiro Luna Hotels & Resorts pretende admitir um Ecommerce (M/F) para integrar o seu Departamento Comercial.
**Perfil**
- Executar atividades administrativas e analíticas para otimizar as receitas dos hotéis;
- Recolher, integrar e estudar diariamente os dados do mercado online e da concorrência, utilizando uma ferramenta de RMS;
- Manter a disponibilidade, tarifas e promoções atualizadas em todos os canais e extranetes online, via channel manager;
- Manter e atualizar o conteúdo dos websites, em sintonia com a organização;
- Garantir que os conteúdos do hotel em todos os canais online permaneçam precisos;
- Interagir com os diferentes departamentos envolvidos, para garantir que todos os conteúdos online são consistentes e em sintonia com a diferente estratégia de cada um dos hotéis.
**Requisitos**
- Formação académica na área de Gestão, Gestão Hoteleira, Turismo ou similares;
- Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em E-Commerce e/ou Revenue Management;
- Compreensão das funções de e-commerce & revenue management, bem como a sua importância tática e estratégica no grupo Hoteleiro;
- Auto motivado e com a capacidade de lidar com os vários projetos em curso, num ambiente de forte espírito de equipa;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente em projetos e também colaborar como um outro(s) membro(s) da equipa e chefias;
- Excelente atenção ao detalhe, flexível e adaptável às alterações;
- Capacidade de operar sob pressão e cumprir ou exceder prazos;
- Flexível e adaptativo à mudança de prioridades.
