**Description**:
Na City Sightseeing procuramos recrutar 2 pessoa para a Madeira para a posição de Customer Service na área de vendas que, juntamente com o resto da grande equipa que temos, será responsável por assegurar a atração de potenciais clientes, gerir eficazmente as reclamações e dar todo o apoio ao clientes.

**O que é que um Customer Service faz no dia a dia na nossa empresa?**
- Informa, aconselha e responde a todas as perguntas que os nossos clientes possam ter sobre as actividades e experiências que oferecemos.
- Trabalhar em coordenação com os colaboradores necessários para o correto funcionamento da operação, promovendo um bom ambiente de trabalho.
- Gere eficazmente as reclamações e dá todo o apoio necessário ao cliente.
- Promove, comercializa e gere a venda de bilhetes para os nossos autocarros.

- Um ano de experiência num posto similar.
- Ter atitude e vontade de vender e uma cominucação eficaz e clara.
- Ter um nível avançado de **Inglês e Alemão** para manter uma conversa de vendas fluente e gerir todas as reclamações.
- Além disso, precisamos que a pessoa que se junta a nós seja um jogador de equipa e que nos ajude a manter o excelente ambiente de trabalho que nos careteriza.

- Um salário de acordo com a função, complementado por comissões de venda.
- Oferecemos um contrato inicial de 6 Meses com possibilidade de renovação.
- Jornada de trabalho completa (40 horas semanais).
- Turnos rotativos em que trabalhamos 5 dias por semana e descansamos 2 dias
- Tanto as folgas como os períodos de férias são anunciados com a maior antecedência possível, para que cada um de nós possa planear as viagens ou as actividades de lazer/descanso que deseja fazer.
