**Who we are looking for**:
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive from Portugal, responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in Europe. In addition, you will manage and grow relationships with the company's existing client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- build and grow relationships with leads, clients, and partners;
- not just sell services, but to identify potential customers’ business targets and be able to tailor proposal to them;
- negotiate and close sales deals;
- identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- provide regular reports on sales activity and performance;
- collaborate with the executive team to develop sales strategies;
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.

**Requirements**:

- possess at least 4 years of experience in IT sales in Europe, demonstrating a proven track record of success;
- demonstrate transparency in sales progress;
- fluency in English;
- excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
- proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM;
- bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
- based in Portugal with the ability to travel throughout Europe;
- having a network and good relationships with decision-makers will be considered an advantage;
- experience with lead generation will be considered an advantage.
