**The Position**
- As our new Supply Chain CoE Manager your overall objective is to foster a competitive, responsive, and agile supply chain. You will take the lead on balancing demand and acting as a business partner while ensuring a competitive setup by continuously improving the supply chain. The job entails stakeholder management, and you thrive in providing proactive, timely, and adequate information to stakeholders locally as well as in the region.- Key Accountabilities:
- You will work with our Portuguese affiliate, handling various supply chain topics and growing our S&OP capability.
- You will ensure a smooth collaboration with the manufacturing department of NN, whilst also ensuring a robust and reliable supply chain for the Portuguese affiliate.
- You will support regional supply chain initiatives across the CoE region, such as identifying and proactively engaging in implementing standardization, optimization, and simplification of processes.
- You will take a coordinating role in the preparation and execution of launching new products.
- You should have a quality mindset to respond to these tasks.

**Qualifications**
- You are a communicative person and you possess excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills with the ability to drive change with stakeholders. You have strong analytical skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities across the supply chain.- Also:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in health sciences or economy.
- Previous exposure to supply chain management, ideally with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharma. We are also open to FMGC (consumer goods), biotech, life sciences, or another authority-regulated environment.
- Prior experience with demand management and IBP (integrated business planning).
- High analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (like SAP) is an advantage.
- Business proficiency, both oral and written, in Portuguese and English language.
- Availability to travel occasionally throughout the year.
