You will be part of the Market Services Europe organization that is responsible to deliver high quality OSS Assurance and Fulfilment Solutions to our Nokia CSP and Enterprise customers. Our Local Delivery Organization team for Europe is focusing on customer facing project activities like Technical Management and Solution Architecture and partnering with a Nokia back-office services organization in charge of deployment, development, integration and testing. A key focus is to leverage next gen tools and automation to improve productivity, as well as to optimize delivery models to be competitive and efficient.

**What you will learn and contribute to**

As the customer solutions architect, you will lead the definition and design of the NCOM solutions with the customers in Europe region. The successful person will also lead NCOM design for automation solution for the 5G Core networks with VNF/CNF lifecycle management as well as leading design for NCOM as orchestrator for Nokia CICD solution. In this role, you will have an opportunity to experience and work with NCOM as part of Nokia Cloud management portfolio, part of Orchestration solution with NOrC as well as part of 5G Slicing solution. As the solution architect for NCOM you have the opportunity to shape the solution design to achieve Operators’ ambition for largely automated mobile core and packet core networks.

As part of our team, you will:

- work with the customer to define and manage requirements for NCOM solution
- design the NCOM solution and be responsible for complex solution design
- design the NCOM solution integration with cross domain portfolio components like orchestration and CaaS management
- have the opportunity to engage with senior customer technical experts as well as to do technical co-ordination in some selected delivery projects

**Your skills and experience**
- Excellent skills in customer engagement, leading technical requirements discussions and customer workshops, formulating conclusions and documenting results
- Design experience from multiple customer delivery projects in cloud orchestration domain and solutions
- Experience in preparing requirements and design documents and deliverables, arranging review sessions with key stakeholders
- Able to align Nokia internal teams and stakeholders related to product capabilities and customer requirements
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
- High level knowledge and recent design experience with most of the following:

- 4G / 5G Core network architectures
- ETSI NFV models
- Service/Resource Orchestration
- CaaS platforms, Kubernetes and Docker
- TOSCA
- Mistral workflows

It would be nice if you also had knowledge in some of these areas:

- SOL 003 and SOL 005 standards
- Java, Python
- Jinja templates
- CICD solutions
- Device managers and EMS
