At DXC Technology, we are committed to helping our clients stay ahead of evolving cyber threats. We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Cybersecurity Specialist** to join our technical cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and responding to security incidents, advising clients on cybersecurity best practices, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including phishing campaigns and alerts from SOC teams.
- Utilize XDR and SIEM platforms to investigate and mitigate threats.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to clients with clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to improve security posture and incident response processes.
- Participate in the development of reports and data analysis using Office365 tools, especially Excel.
- Conduct threat hunting activities to proactively identify undetected threats.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity services.
- Hands-on experience with XDR and SIEM technologies.
- Strong analytical skills in handling phishing and other cyber threats.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve incidents reported by SOC teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto’s XSIAM and XSOAR platforms.
