**About the Role**

Arkadium is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **People** **Operations Intern**to support our **People Innovation team**in Lisbon. The internship will last 6 months and will be through IEFP.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in **office operations**, **employee experience**, and **administrative coordination**within a dynamic, global company.

**What You’ll Do**

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Lisbon office by supporting the following areas:

- Manage daily office operations, including maintaining supplies, snacks, and coffee inventory;
- Coordinate team lunches, internal celebrations, and office events;
- Support employee onboarding and coordinate swag orders and special deliveries for team milestones;
- Provide exceptional hospitality to visitors by assisting with travel arrangements, accommodations, and personalized local itineraries;
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoice processing, timesheet tracking, and support for payroll and benefits administration;
- Collaborate with the People Innovation team to enhance employee experience and support recognition initiatives;
**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**
- Eligible for the **INICIAR internship program**promoted by **IEFP** (ages 18-35, holding a qualification at **Level 4 or 5**of the National Qualifications Framework)
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking and taking initiative in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
- Friendly, service-oriented, and a team player
- Proficient in both **English and Portuguese**
