**About the role**

Business analysts' main role is to ensure that the client's vision and requirements are understood and that the team delivers the highest possible value. Business Analysts are responsible for the value capture and value management of our clients.

**As a part of your job, you will:
- Capture and understand business requirements
- Design end-to-end Solution flows (including system integration analysis)
- Clarify and manage scope, assumptions and dependencies
- Manage client expectations while focus on delivering value
- Act as a bridge between the business and IT stakeholders
- Conduct workshops to Development and Testing teams and support them on their activities
- Business processes analysis

**What qualifications are we seeking?**
- Degree in Informatics, Electrotechnical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or similar
- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and cultures
- Critical thinking, problem solving, decision making, attention to detail and curiosity
- Team player and collaborative but also sense of autonomy
- Motivation for international projects and available to travel (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills
- At ease with public speaking/ audience exposure
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
