**What's in it for you**: **What you’ll do**: - As “Senior Expert Network Engineering" (M/F/d) you are responsible for the introduction of new RAN SW features/enhancements/functions and new configurations for existing features including the guidance for feature configuration & integration in the VF network with focus to improve performance & optimize Ericsson RAN; - Introduction of new functionalities and RAN solutions based on specific local market demand which are compliant with framework of NSE demand & delivery process; - Coordination and the autonomous control of the RAN engineering tasks like E2E troubleshooting / optimization / larger performance improvement initiatives; - Software engineering cycle (requirement, design, development, engineering, testing and delivery of local and global network requirements) in the Ericsson RAN Optimization area; - Realization of implementation projects for RAN solutions on the respective network technologies as well as ensuring specific project reports, project relevant data and documentation; - RAN optimization activities to support mobile network benchmark preparation; - Identify technical synergy potentials and derive recommendations for action; - Perform parameter configuration and performance of first site acceptance of new and enhanced RAN features and evaluation of results based on network KPIs & traces independently and on your own responsibility; - Support new technology trials which enables RAN performance excellence and open possibilities to offer new products & service to our customers. **Who you are**: - Bachelor’s or master’s in telecommunications engineering or similar; - Very good knowledge in Radio Access Network Technologies 4G and 5G (NSA and SA) (preferably on E// RAN) and on all three 4G/5G Protocol Layers; - At least 5 years of professional experience in the telecommunications environment, also international or other comparable experience; - Very good knowledge of processes and workflows in the field of engineering and in related specialist areas and deep knowledge on RAN architecture; - Knowledge on e2e 4G/5G data mobile and VoLTE/VoNR architectures; - Technical leadership skills to significantly shape technical topics and represent positions e.g. in workshops and working groups. - High flexibility and resilience; - Portuguese/English Language proficiency. **Who we are**: **Not a perfect fit?**: **Together we can**:
