We’re looking for a hands-on, pragmatic strategist with strong research foundations — someone who can move seamlessly between _research and strategy_, turning insights into clear, actionable direction. You’ll audit existing studies, run new research where needed, and translate findings into board-level strategic deliverables that guide digital product teams toward measurable outcomes.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Audit existing research and identify insight gaps for product squads.
- Design and run targeted user and market research to fill those gaps.
- Synthesize research findings into strategic recommendations and narratives.
- Build clear, defensible strategy decks — including market sizing, addressable market, and opportunity framing — for senior stakeholders and board-level audiences.
- Partner closely with product, design, and engineering leads to ensure strategy translates into execution.
- Create insight-driven stories that inspire teams and secure alignment across squads.
- Balance hands-on delivery with big-picture thinking, ensuring strategy drives measurable results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Product Research and/or Strategy roles.
- Ability to conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills — capable of producing executive or investor-grade deliverables.
- Experience working cross-functionally with digital product teams.
- Pragmatic, delivery-oriented mindset; able to switch between research, analysis, and strategy execution.
- **Excellent English communication (written and spoken)**.
- Availability to work in a **hybrid**model at our office in Lisbon.

**Nice to have**
- Familiarity with AI-driven initiatives.
- Experience preparing board or PE-level strategic materials.
- Background in market sizing and opportunity analysis.
- Prior exposure to digital transformation or squad-based environments.
