**System Analyst**

**O teu propósito na Bravantic**

Integrando o Departamento de Managed Services, terás como propósito garantir a análise e elaboração dos projetos, bem como o planeamento e gestão das infraestruturas inerentes à função. De igual modo, promover a melhoria contínua de todos os serviços fará parte das tuas responsabilidades diárias.

**As tuas principais responsabilidades**

Assegurar a gestão de prioridades de trabalho e elaboração de relatórios;
Proceder à análise de indicadores;
Comunicação de modo a garantir a gestão de fornecedores e equipas de desenvolvimento;
Garantir o apoio na resolução de incidentes e/ou de questões complexas relacionadas com a gestão de sistemas;
Promover a melhoria contínua dos serviços sob sua responsabilidade;
Elaboração de documentação técnica.

**O perfil que procuramos**

12º ano de escolaridade;
Experiência mínima de 2 anos em projetos com arquiteturas de TI;
Domínio de tecnologias Unix (Linux, IBMi e AIX);
Conhecimentos das estruturas IBM (Power, Storage, LinuxOne, IBM Z);
Conhecimento geral sobre ferramentas de ITSM e DR (QuickEdd, iTera, entre outros);
Formações e Certificações IBM (valorizável);
Conhecimentos em Hardware e Software;
Fluência em Inglês (preferencial);
Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência.
