**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Account Manager Assistant** to provide essential support to our Account Manager in maintaining and growing client relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, handling administrative and operational tasks, and contributing to the success of our client accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Support and Relationship Management**:

- Assist the Account Manager in day-to-day client interactions and follow-ups.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the preparation and delivery of presentations, proposals, and reports for clients.

**2. Administrative and Operational Support**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, contracts, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups for client accounts.
- Ensure timely delivery of products or services, collaborating with internal teams.

**3. Quote Requests and Order Management**:

- Handle quote requests (WTB lists) and ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide accurate pricing and availability.
- Monitor orders and ensure proper communication between the company and clients.

**4. Business Development Assistance**:

- Support the Account Manager in identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Assist in business development training sessions and initiatives.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare client performance reports and assist in analyzing key metrics.
- Track account progress and recommend improvements where needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or administrative support (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English, Portuguese. French is a real advantage also.
