Sua missão**:
As a Retail Care Team Amazon Teamleader at Dorel Juvenile you ensure an excellent service, you amaze our customer, support and coach the Retail Care Customer Service Representatives and surpass their expectations. Are you the passionate, service oriented English speaking Talent, who likes to boost his or her career working for an A-brand like Maxi-Cosi? Then this is your chancewe have an opportunity as a Amazon Teamleader Customer Care supporting retailers from different countries. The role is part of an international energetic Customer Care team, based in our office in Portugal.**
Principais responsabilidades**:
- Sees beyond the borders of the working process, grasps imperfections or gaps in the process - Makes proposals to optimize procedures and working processes - Key user in projects - Will replace Retail Care Manager S-EU when absent for specific market.**
Seu perfil**:
- You have a completed bachelor degree with 1 or 2 years of experience, or 3-5 years relevant work experience and a middle education. - You have excellent communication skills, ideally b-t-b and b-t-c - You are empathic and flexible. - You have excellent English language skills. French or Spanish if possible - Excellent Excel skills. - You think ahead and dare to take the initiative. - You are available 40 hours per week. - Service minded - solution oriented: knows what is possible and what is not, judges a situation/problem quickly and skillfully and offers a solution. - Focused on coaching, knowledge sharing and/or optimization. - Hands-on mentality. - Excels in solving all sorts of practical problems, whether they are of a technical, commercial or administrative nature. - Good at anticipating unforeseen events that could disrupt the daily state of affairs. - Able to make decisions that quickly lead to an adequate solution and able to calculate the consequences of his/her decisions.**
