Then we have the right opportunity for you to join a young and dynamic team as a Specialist in Trade Compliance.

As a Specialist in Trade Compliance, you will be responsible for analysis and implementation of effective measures concerning Export Control regulations to avoid sanctions and penalties against Infineon.

In your new role you will:

- Be Responsible for **Customer Related Controls **such as End-Use(r) Checks;
- **Evaluate suppliers **prior to Master Data creation;
- Be responsible for **Sanctioned Parties Screening **;
- **Collect, analyze and document Export Control data **, combining analytics with Export Control expertise;
- Perform **plausibility checks **plausibility and data quality checks **of Export Control related data;
- Act as **interface to HR **for the planning and execution of Export Control trainings **and associated documentation;
- Responsible for Infineon’s **Export Control Intranet pages;**:

- Provide **guidance on internal inquiries **related to national (including EU), international **trade laws and regulations and anti-terrorism regulations **.

You demonstrate a strong customer orientation and communication skills that support you in quickly establishing successful relations with others. You demonstrate high quality standards for your work and generate value with your ideas and solutions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Business Administration, Law, International Relations **or similar field of studies;
- At least **2-5 year work experience **, preferably in an international and multicultural environment experience in Trade Compliance is a plus;
- Experience with **Microsoft Office tools **- SAP is an advantage;
- Ability to **work independently **but also have a **team player mindset **;
- Ability to **focus on results **and **meet deadlines **;
- Fluency in **English, **German is a plus.
