Atualmente, estamos a recrutar para um cliente do setor de serviços financeiros e business services. Procuramos um/a **Inside Sales Representative** para integrar a equipa em Lisboa.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Qualificar leads provenientes de campanhas de marketing e identificar novas oportunidades de negócio;
- Elaborar e apresentar propostas comerciais ajustadas às necessidades do cliente;
- Promover ações de fidelização e reconquista de clientes;
- Assegurar o reporte de resultados e manter atualizado o CRM;
- Participar em formações contínuas e acompanhar tendências de mercado;
- Colaborar estreitamente com o Head of Telesales, garantindo o cumprimento de objetivos comerciais.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura em Gestão, Marketing ou áreas similares (preferencial);
- Experiência d**e 1 a 2 an**os em funções de venda telefónica B2B (inbound e/ou outbound);
- Forte orientação para objetivos, com resiliência e perseverança;
- Boas competências de comunicação verbal e escrita, aliadas a escuta ativa;
- Capacidade de organização, autonomia e gestão de tempo;
- Domínio de MS Office e familiaridade com sistemas de CRM;
- Conhecimento do mercado de RH e benefícios sociais será valorizado.
