SHAREPOINT SITE ADMINISTRATOR (JOB NUMBER: 2206GMFOS11758) **About the job** - The Sharepoint Site Administrator is a strategic partner to internal clients encouraging user adoption of collaborative platforms and identifying new business needs where SharePoint can be leveraged on, while transmitting an embedded sense of excitement in the business, integrated within the digital transformation of Global Markets **Your Main Activities Are** - Facilitates the development of site structures and functionality to reflect business needs - Creats and maintains team sites and sub-sites within existing site collections - Advises on appropriate security levels within sites - Creates new workflows and assisting with the management of site structure - Provids short training and demo sessions to end users - Site collection management and administration **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science - Previous Experience in Information Technology (2 years minimum) - Proficient in HMI Javascript, HMI HTML, CSS, jQuery, Content Management Microsoft SharePoint - Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory) - Ability to develop, adapt a process and manage a project - Ability to collaborate - Creativity, Innovation and Results driven **About the Team** - The SharePoint team provides guidance to all Global Markets business units on structuring their sites and making use of SharePoint’s best practices to align them with business requirements **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
