**O Desafio**:
As part of the project, you will join in digital transformation projects and conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify and solve problems and develop innovative solutions to support continuous quality improvement.
As part of the Unipartner Team, you will have the opportunity to put into action your expertise and knowledge, whilst learning new and innovative approaches, such as the ability to build trust and to drive change with customers.

Don’t worry, you will not have to do this alone, you will be part of a dynamic team with multiple different levels of expertise and skills on Digital Enterprise Management.

**Estamos à procura de talentos brilhantes com**:

- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência

**Competências técnicas**:

- Experience in identifying, modeling and optimizing business processes;
- Experience in public administration processes, preferably knowledge of the Functional Macrostructure/consolidated List;
- Experience with automation/dematerialization of processes/document management tools;
- Solid knowledge in process modeling techniques with BPMN 2.0;
- Experience in user training and in the elaboration of materials;
- Good communication skills with clients, autonomous in the preparation of work and management meetings;
- Ability to analyze data and interpret results to identify opportunities for improvement.
