We’re offering the opportunity for you to join our Global People Experience team. You will work closely with our Head of People Engagement, and gain a breadth and depth of experience on varied assignments across all areas of ESG (Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Recognition and Wellbeing, Environmental sustainability). Your work will have a direct impact on the experiences of all the people in our organization, and help advance inclusivity, sustainability transformation and progress on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of our environmental initiatives, and support activities of our Environmental Action Employee Resource Group (ERG)
- Support workstreams dedicated to implement changes in employee experience to make it more inclusive
- Collaborate with our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support them deliver on their objectives - Women at Unit4, Pride at Unit4, Mental Health and Access at Unit4, and People of Color at Unit4
- Support the delivery of key employee recognition and our volunteering program Act4Good
- Coordinate events and activities (workshops, training events, webinars)
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of the online platforms (internal) including content creation and design.
- Support and promote the use of internal communication channels and productivity tools including Microsoft Yammer and Teams.
- Assist with best practice research and development activities

**Qualifications**
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
- You enjoy a stimulating environment and want to take ownership
- You are creative, logical and results oriented
- Passion for sustainability, diversity and inclusion with an entry-level understanding of (or strong appetite to learn about) social and environmental challenges in tech
