One of our new projects - which changes frequently - is for a role as a Marketing Specialist. This position could be a great fit for you, especially considering your sales experience. The role focuses on social media, specifically Facebook, and is set to start on December 5th. The company offers a 5,000 EUR bonus for this role: 3,500 EUR upon signing the contract and an additional 1,500 EUR after 6 months.

If you divide this bonus over the first 6 months, it adds about 833 EUR per month on top of the salary. Training and onboarding are in-office, but there is potential for hybrid or remote work afterward, depending on your performance. During the interview, you'll be able to get more details on how performance is assessed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients, with the responsibility of growing revenue.
- Researching and understanding verticals, markets, industries, and client business models.
- Identifying sales opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet client goals.
- Engaging with clients to assess product performance and offer insights and optimizations.
- Becoming an expert on all advertising solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German and B2/C1 level in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Good computer skills.
- EU passport/ID or Portuguese resident card.

**Contract Details**:

- Initial employment contract for 12 months, with the potential to extend for an additional 12 months.
- Opportunity for a permanent contract after 2 years.
- 14 salaries per year, ensuring consistent pay throughout the year.
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour), Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, on a rotating shift pattern.
