Solution Architect
**Responsibilities**:
Design end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives and leverage modern cloud platforms and integration patterns.
Develop scalable and secure architectures for CRM, sales, and service systems in telecommunications.
Lead solution workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Oversee the integration of diverse systems, including CRM, billing, service platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation.
Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements while adhering to industry best practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
**Skills**:Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science or in similar areas
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on solution design and cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of telecommunications IT systems, CRM, sales, and service processes.
Experience in system integration, including APIs, middleware, and enterprise service buses (ESB).
Solid understanding of data modeling, security, and compliance standards in cloud environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative and proactive approach to solution delivery.
Fluent in English (mandatory).
Nice to Have
Knowledge of telecom-specific processes like order management, provisioning, and billing systems.
Hands-on experience with enterprise integration tools such as Apigee or Tibco.
