Come and join one of the largest international companies in the area of personal, professional and industrial insurance as a **Bilingual Customers Claims Advisor** (M/F) for **Lisbon **to work Monday to Sunday in rotative shifts from 8am to 7pm.
MISSION:
As Client Services Officer:
- You evaluate and managed customer claims.
- Coordinate the direct billing process with international providers.
- Handle a portfolio of clients with expatriates stationed worldwide.
- Regulate health care costs for policyholders and third parties.
- Processing e-claims and Invoicing.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector is an asset, and in international environment;
- Fluent in French and English;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- **Availabilityto work in rotative shifts from Monday to Sunday (8h/day between 8am to 7pm).**

Direct Contract with the client;**
- Average monthly salary package of 1300€ gross (base salary + meal allowance + transport allowance);
- 180€ gross bonus every 4 months + Annual bonus of 150€ gross;
