The Global Infrastructure Project Management Team (located in Milan, Paris, Porto) is seeking a Project Manager to plan and support IT Infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion.

This role involves the implementation of IT Infrastructure projects and supporting live services.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage strategic and complex projects aligned with Euronext's global IT strategy.
- Establish clear and achievable objectives balancing quality, scope, time, and cost.
- Evaluate requirements and constraints, balancing business requests and client expectations.
- Participate in designing architecture for new solutions.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project commitments.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on project progress, financial status, risks, and issues.
- Ensure all projects follow internal project management frameworks and IT standards.
- Act as Service Manager post-implementation for live services.
- Monitor and track new service requests using standardized processes and tools.
- Manage relationships with IT and Business teams.
- Provide regular status updates on new requests.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required**
- Proven project management skills (planning, budgeting, execution) in dynamic, international, multi-project environments.
- Knowledge of global IT systems, networks, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Service and Change Management processes.
- Background in managing projects related to financial products and solutions.
- Experience in service management within financial services.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within Europe.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role.

Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership.

Certifications
- PMP or equivalent.
- ITIL or equivalent.
