Your tasks

Our Identity & Access Management System (IAM) is the core of Continental's IT ensuring that every employee has the right accounts at the right time. We are looking for an IAM specialist (M/F/diverse), who can support our IAM process related topics to bring our Service provided by Group IT to the next Level. Additionally, IAM supports a growing variety of automated processes that need process support to ensure smooth operations to provide a successful Service. The tasks will focus on the following activities:

- Consulting and Design of IAM workflows
- Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, documentation, and configuration in the Identity & Access Management area
- Testing of IAM workflows and drivers on Quality before deployment
- Documentation of IAM related processes
- Coordination of incidents and service requests related to IAM

**Profile**:

- Academic degree in the field of information technology, business informatics or comparable qualification
- Several years of working experience in the above-mentioned fields are desired
- Microsoft Exchange experience desirable
- Active Directory administration desirable
- IT Service management (Incident-, Change-, Problem
- and Release-Management / ITIL) experience desirable
- Novell eDirectory, NetIQ Identity Manager, SUSE Linux and Windows experience desirable
- Good communication skills and capability to discuss technological concepts
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving capability and goal oriented
- Sound technical understanding without getting lost in technical details
- very good English language skills (written and spoken)
