**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative and operational tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of human resources.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting new hire orientations.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Support performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and providing administrative assistance as needed.
Assist in organizing employee training and development initiatives.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and promoting a positive work culture.
Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on various HR-related matters.
Collaborate with office team to streamline processes and improve overall HR efficiency
