**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Recent experience on similar NATO projects;
- Experience with:

- ITSM Tool;
- Cable Solve;
- MS SCCM tool;
- Demonstrated recent experience on the Management of the IT infrastructure, including assets, power, and connectivity;
- Knowledge of:

- ITIL Service Management framework (ITIL Foundation certification);
- Configuration Control;
- IT Collaboration tools;
- Demonstrated general up-to-date knowledge of operating systems, computer system architectures, client/server including deployment of OS images to end user devices and LAN/WAN network concepts.

**Duties/role**:

- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge at system and sub-system level of the CIS infrastructure of the NCI Academy with an emphasis on end user equipment, integration, build and verification aspects;
- Contributing of the Academy's CIS configuration management by ensuring that all CIS assets to deliver services to NCI Academy are properly controlled using predominantly the Cable Solve Tool to maintain accurate configuration information on the historical, planned and current state of assets;
- Managing the accountability of all CIS assets distributed to CSU Lisbon AoR users by development of hand Receipts with Microsoft Reporting Services;
- Cooperating with the engineers and change management by performing CIS assets integration to ensure that only authorized items are used, and only approved changes are made;
- Supporting:

- Installation, operation and maintenance on the NCI Agency business networks for all end user projects and activities;
- Development of the CIS SOPs according with the NCIA good practices;
- Maintaining current knowledge of all technology assigned to NCI Academy (AFPL Software, Licenses Management, ITSM Management & Incident Response);
- Ensuring that all relevant performance data is properly collected and stored;
- Developing the knowledge transfer package required to train new CSU CIS staff;
- Performing other duties as may be required in all sites on the CSU Lisbon Area of Responsibility (AoR).
