**What you will do**:

- Ability to use storytelling to engage and motivate the team and stakeholders about transformation initiatives;
- Support the transformation team in continuous improvement and innovation projects;
- Assist in gathering and analysing data to identify improvement opportunities;
- Participate in the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders;
- Collaborate on the documentation of processes and best practices;
- Contribute to the management of project timelines and activities;
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to support transformation initiatives;
- Assist with internal communication regarding ongoing projects.

**What are we looking for**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
- Up to 3 years of professional experience in internships or projects related to organizational transformation is an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of project management and agile methodologies;
- Basic knowledge of design thinking and innovation;
- Skills in data analysis, presentation tools, and internal communication;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
