Change Management Specialist

Do you have experience in Change Management and want to be part of a new project that will offer a new state of the art cloud solution to our Procurement colleagues around the world? Then, join our Digital Procurement team in Porto, and help us manage and navigate through change ensuring that all transitions will run efficiently and smoothly to meet the organization’s objectives

As a Change Management Specialist, you will take part of a new Cloud Implementation project in our Digital Procurement team, supporting our project managers and project teams by managing and facilitating the process of change for all stakeholders.

In your new role you will:

- Prepare, conduct, and execute **stakeholder analysis **;
- **Develop and manage a communication plan **as well as **drive and lead communication efforts **;
- Assess the **change impact via change impact analysis **;
- **Prepare and conduct trainings **;
- Develop **presentation material **to manage the change;
- **Drive the change **for all defined stakeholders.

Your practical experiences in change management along with your problem solving and root-cause identification skills allows you to work effectively at all levels of an organization. Your excellent communication skills aligned with your great presentation skills will make your message clearly transmitted to multiple audiences. Furthermore, you have the ability to influence others in moving toward a common vision or goal while being able to collaborate in global and cross functional teams.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- **A degree in Economics, Business Administration **or similar field of studies
- **At least 3 years of experience in a Change Management role **with solid knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools;
- **Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts **;
- Familiarity with **change management approaches, tools and phases **of the project lifecycle will be a strong advantage;
- Experience with **Microsoft Office tools **, especially **Excel **and **PowerPoint **;
- **Fluency in English **(mandatory).
