**Company** team.blue is an ecosystem of 60+ successful brands working together across 22 European countries to provide its 3.5 million SMB customers with everything they need to succeed online by offering best-in-class expertise and services. **Role Overview**: We are seeking a talented and driven **Senior Business Controller** to serve as a business partner to the team.blue Nordics & CEE’ business, reporting directly to the CFO in Denmark and working closely with Nordics & CEE’ Business Controlling team. **Based in Portugal and working remotely**, you will play a vital part in supporting strategic decision-making and financial performance as well as driving key financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Your work will directly contribute to our ongoing success story and support our continued growth and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities**: **Planning & Performance** - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial target follow-up. - Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying improvement areas. - Develop and maintain models to create high efficiency and accuracy in our planning processes. **Reporting & Insights** - Develop and enhance reporting tools and KPIs. - Prepare business reviews and management reporting for both regional and group-level leadership. - Translate financial data into actionable insights, explaining P&L and cash flow impact clearly. **Business Partnering** - Act as a strategic advisor to regional management. - Provide decision support through scenario analysis and financial modeling. Work closely with operational teams to build financial understanding across the organization. - **Projects & Initiatives** - Drive and contribute to improvement projects withing Finance and other functions. - Support ad-hoc tasks and cross-functional initiatives as needed. **What We’re Looking For**: - +5 years of experience in controlling, management consulting, or other analytical, business-oriented role. - Strong business acumen and ability to quickly grasp key profitability drivers. - Experience from a subscription-based business model is a plus. - Knowledgeable about P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow budgeting and forecasting. - Experience with BI systems and ERP/consolidation tools and how to embed and leverage these in planning processes. - Well-developed PowerPoint and communication skills - able to convey insights clearly and persuasively. - Advanced Excel skills and experience building models and conducting analysis. - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field. - Fluent in English. - Structured and analytical with attention to detail and well-developed problem-solving skills. - Self-driven, solution oriented, and eager to improve processes and results. - Comfortable working independently and managing multiple stakeholders with a good sense of how and when to involve who to reach great results. **"Come as you are"** Everyone is welcome here.
