What you'll do
- Manage collateral management tasks including margin calls, dispute management, collateral and interest settlement
- Setting up of collateral agreements and trade reconciliation
- Support to team in the in-depth consulting to trading and treasury departments
- Ensure end to end workflow for collateral management operations is completed and compliant with regulatory requirements and clearing house rules
- Support in different projects
- Challenge the status-quo and strive for process improvements
- Ensure timely escalation of any issues to Operations, Front Office, Risk and IT

What you'll need
- Masters degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- Experience or theoretical knowledge of the derivatives collateral industry; OTC as well as Exchange Traded Derivatives (ETD) and GMSLA
- Knowledge of collateral management and ability to work in a fast-paced client-focused, deadline-oriented environment
- Good knowledge of derivatives products, their structures, behaviours and associated life cycle events
- Fluent in English
- Self-starter with attention to detail and an ability to manage simultaneous activities through to resolution

Nice to have
- Knowledge of collateral management processes and practices including regulatory IM and VM
- Knowledge of triResolve and AcadiaSoft MarginSphere
- Language skills in German or French
