**Skills, knowledge, experience required**:

- Graduating of at least two of the following NCI Academy courses:

- A0254 LOGFAS Fundamentals and Data Operator course;
- A0222 LOGFAS Operational Movement Planning course;
- A0223 LOGFAS Movement Execution and Coordination course;
- A0224 LOGFAS Strategic Deployment and Movement Planning course;
- A0253 LOGFAS Sustainment Planning and Distribution course.

**Desirable**:

- NATO experience in providing training to both non-technical personnel and technical specialists. (A national qualification, 'competency' or certification in teaching or instructional techniques for IT);
- Knowledge and experience of NATO Logistics;
- A0970 CIS Technical Instructor Course.

**Duties/role**:

- Undertaking operational deployments and/or TDY assignments both within and outside of NATO's boundaries;
- Providing support to other courses with LOGFAS related lessons, as required;
- Preparing and maintaining the training environment;
- Proposing changes to the planned lessons and/or courses to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the training provided, and implement these changes in conjunction with other instructors with Lead Instructor approval;
- Participating in relevant training events (exercises, courses, seminars, conferences) that will be required to maintain the required level of competence and knowledge;
- Maintaining a high level of expertise in the areas above and stays abreast of related best practice;
- Deputizing for higher-grade staff;.
- Performing a similar range of duties within the organization at the same grade with or without there being any change to the contract.
