**FUNCTIONS**: We are currently working with a leading international company specializing in lightweight construction solutions that is seeking to hire a Specification Manager based in Portugal. Requirements: - Develop our presence, market share and brand visibility in the construction market from Portugal - Implement the actions of the company's commercial action plans. - To maintain and develop the best possible relationship with our construction network and home improvement stores, and provide them with our best possible technical support and services. - Organise and carry out demonstrations and animations of some products on the project site. Participate in marketing actions - Propose certain developments in our services. To provide technical-commercial training - To update permanently our customer(contractors/architects/consultants) database and files. - To deal with customers complains, by preparing the complaint documents and follow up to the internal progress. - Interlocutor with City council and promoters in order to know the different specifics regulations and to give the offer of the commodities to be carried out in advance - Give technical and commercial training. Qualifications - Architecture, Civil engineering, or related fields - Level hight intermediate English (B2) - 2-3 years experiences in related fields - Professional experience in an inside sales role, selling complex software solution - Passionate about sales and about continually improving your skills, with a decided “hunter” mentality - Knowledge or interest in high-tech industries such as architecture, construction or engineering is a definite plus - Proficiency with MS Office and CRM
