**Funções a desempenhar**:
- Atendimento ao Cliente:_
- Receber e Processar pedidos de Clientes
- Elaborar propostas simples
- Contacto após venda, fazendo o acompanhamento para aferir e garantir a satisfação do Cliente e resolver possíveis problemas
- Gestão de Relacionamento:_
- Contacto regular com os Clientes promovendo novos produtos e dando a conhecer ofertas
- Fidelização de clientes, construindo e mantendo relação com os Clientes
- Suporte às vendas_
- Preparação de propostas a pedido da equipa comercial
- Seguimento das propostas apresentadas
- Negociação das propostas apresentadas, de acordo com a política da empresa
- Área administrativa comercial_
- Processamento de encomendas
- Faturação
- Atualização de CRM
- Coordenação com logística
- Manter e expandir banco de dados de Clientes potenciais
**Tipo de oferta**: Período Integral
Pagamento: 1 400,00€ - 1 600,00€ por mês
