**Mission**
- Support the development and implementation of technology solutions based on the Microsoft platform, under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Assist in the configuration, administration, and maintenance of Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Participate in data migration projects and the implementation of Microsoft solutions in a corporate environment, with support from the technical team.
- Collaborate in the analysis of technical requirements and the design of solutions together with the senior team.
- Perform basic monitoring, initial problem diagnosis, and first-level technical support in Microsoft environments.
- Produce technical documentation related to projects and internal processes.
- Participate in adoption projects with active involvement in client training activities in the areas of communications, collaboration, and AI (Copilot).

**Perfil**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft platforms such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 (certifications like Microsoft Fundamentals are a plus).
- Ability to solve basic technical problems and willingness to work in a team to tackle more complex challenges.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude, with a desire to grow in the field and keep up with technological trends.

**Desirable Differentials**:

- Initial experience in technical support or internships in the IT field.
- Basic understanding of cloud environments, such as Microsoft Azure.
- Skill in technical documentation and reporting.
