We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector:
**Nestlé Business Services.**

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with a **Consumer Data Team Lead (M/F) for the region of Linda-a-Velha.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- Work on the implementation of the CDP project plans and objectives aligned with business needs
- Monitor, perform, and execute the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's)
- Manage team's operational capacity and requests allocation
- Identify and lead the resolution of the issues in the team that affects the performance or services given
- Perform periodic operational reviews with and reports for service CRM Services Development Lead and the service requestor
- Perform Continuous Improvements programs and standardization of processes across all markets in scope, whenever possible.
- Responsible for issue escalation.
- Ensure compliance with Nestle standards, updated standard routines, documentation of previous audit points.
- Lead the team in establishing and accomplishing objectives as aligned with the stream priorities.
- Evaluates team performance, development plans, and conducts regular check in's.

**Ideal Profile**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design &
Multimedia, InformationManagement or similar;
- **Proficiency in English (spoken and written);**
- +5 years digital and/or IS/IT experience either at an agency or in a CPG company.
- Understanding of best practices of CDP solutions, 1st party data capturing tools and solutions, digital marketing (namely Marketing Automation tools like Salesforce Marketing cloud or Braze), and data-driven marketing strongly preferred.
- Ability to work with remote stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
ability to communicate across multiple reporting levels.
